Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately.

For this reason, no return or refund is possible once the digital content has been assigned to your account and delivered. Please review the product descriptions and pack contents carefully before purchasing.

If payment has been taken but the content has never been downloaded, you may send a cancellation request to [email protected]; if we verify that the content was not delivered, the full amount is refunded.

If more than one payment is taken for the same product by mistake, or an incorrect amount is charged, the excess is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

If a delivered file is corrupted or the link is inaccessible, a working copy is re-sent within 24 hours at the latest. These cases are resolved as replacement, not as a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the card or method used for payment. How quickly the amount appears in your account depends on your bank.
