Skills packs and similar products sold on hekimsoft.com are digital content; nothing is shipped physically.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the product is assigned to your account and can be downloaded from the “My Purchases” section of your profile. A confirmation e-mail is also sent to the address you provided.

Digital delivery is instant upon payment confirmation. In case of a technical issue, the content is delivered by e-mail within 24 hours at the latest.

For project-based software development and consulting services, delivery follows the schedule and acceptance criteria set out in the project agreement between the parties.
