When you contact us through the "Tell Us Your Project" chat assistant, we collect your name, email address, and the project details you share (industry, channels, user roles, workflows, project scope).

When you visit our site, with your explicit consent, we may collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, session duration) via Google Analytics, this depends on your choice in the cookie consent banner.

The information you share is used solely to evaluate your project, respond to you, schedule a meeting if needed, and route your request to the right team member.

Analytics data is collected, only with your consent, to understand site usage and improve the experience.

Our chat assistant uses Anthropic's (Claude) AI service to process your messages, your message content is sent to Anthropic as part of this processing.

Your project summary and meeting invite are delivered via Resend, our email delivery provider, to you and to our team.

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third party beyond the above.

Information shared through a project request is kept for a reasonable period (up to 2 years) needed to evaluate your request and maintain communication, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn its purpose, know the third parties it's shared with, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, and be informed when these actions are relayed to third parties.
