BUYER: the user who confirms the order while signed in to their hekimsoft.com account. The buyer's identity is tied to the user account in the order record.

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital content (a Claude Code skill pack) ordered electronically on hekimsoft.com, and the parties' rights and obligations, in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The product subject to this agreement is the digital content whose name and total price (taxes included) are shown on the order confirmation screen. The price displayed at the moment of confirmation applies; prices are in US dollars (USD).

Your order confirmation is recorded with the product ID, amount, timestamp, user ID and IP address, and forms an integral part of this agreement.

Payment is collected by credit/debit card via the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.

The product is digital content; there is no physical delivery. Upon payment confirmation, the product is assigned to your account and can be downloaded from the “My Purchases” section of your profile. A notification is also sent to your registered e-mail address.

Delivery is deemed complete when the product is assigned to the Buyer's account and made available for download in the “My Purchases” section of the profile. Downloads require signing in to the account; order ownership is verified on every request and download frequency may be limited for fair use. A confirmation is also sent by e-mail.

Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately.

The Buyer acknowledges giving EXPRESS consent to immediate performance at order confirmation and understanding that the right of withdrawal is lost, and no refund is possible, once the digital content is assigned to the Buyer's account and made available for download.

Exceptions: cancellation requests made before any delivery, duplicate/incorrect charges, and corrupted-file cases are handled per the 'Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy' page.

Skill packs consist of markdown (SKILL.md) files designed for use with Claude Code (CLI, desktop app, or IDE extension). Compatibility with other software is not guaranteed.

As a technical protection measure, downloads require signing in to your account; order ownership is verified on every request and download frequency is limited for fair use.

If the link expires or the download fails, contact [email protected] with your invoice/order details. After the records are verified, a new link is generated, a free support service.

Your personal data is processed under the site's Privacy Policy and Turkish data protection law (KVKK No. 6698). Order and consent records are retained for the statutory periods.

Disputes arising from this agreement are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

The agreement is concluded electronically when the Buyer presses the 'Confirm Order With Obligation to Pay' button on the order screen. The pre-contract information is presented on the order screen, confirmed by the Buyer, and forms an integral part of this agreement.
