This agreement is formed between Hekim Bilgisayar Ltd. Şti. ("Hekim Software") and the user who creates an account on hekimsoft.com. It takes effect when you tick the consent box at registration or give consent on your first Google sign-in.

Your consent is recorded electronically together with your user ID, timestamp and IP address.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information at registration. Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility; actions taken through your account are attributed to you.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, notify [email protected] immediately. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Membership lets you purchase digital content from the Skills store, access purchased content, and request the Hekos product demo. Hekim Software may evolve the service scope over time.

Purchased skill packs are provided under a limited, non-transferable license for personal and internal company use. Reselling, redistributing, renting, or publicly publishing the packs is prohibited.

All site content, trademarks and designs belong to Hekim Bilgisayar Ltd. Şti.

Attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security measures, accessing another user's account, sharing download access or purchased content with third parties, and using the service for unlawful purposes are prohibited.

In case of breach, Hekim Software may suspend or close your account. Your rights to content already paid for and delivered remain intact.

To delete your account, write to [email protected]; records subject to statutory retention (consent records, purchase records) are kept for the legally required periods.

Skill packs are provided "as is" and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Hekim Software's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. Your mandatory consumer-law rights remain unaffected.

This agreement may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its version date above. Material changes are notified to your registered e-mail address.

AI tools offered on the platform, including Yapay Zeka Dilekçe, are NOT legal or attorney services and carry out no activity under Turkish Attorneys Act No. 1136. Generated petitions, analyses and assessments are drafts, suggestions and samples only.

The user must have all AI outputs reviewed by a lawyer before submitting them to authorities, courts or counterparties. Tracking legal deadlines is the user's responsibility; Hekim Software cannot be held liable for losses arising from use of the outputs, including missed deadlines.

Before using the AI tools and/or generating a document, the user is additionally presented with a Disclaimer; its acceptance is recorded together with the acceptance date and disclaimer version. These tools must not be used in urgent legal matters (detention, custody, protection orders), contact a lawyer or bar legal aid immediately.
